Oakland’s Punk Icons Tease Upcoming Album with Ferocious New Tracks
Useless Eaters are charging back into the spotlight with their new 7” single Ego Shell / Rub, hitting the streets at the end of September via Italy’s legendary Goodbye Boozy Records. After frontman Seth Sutton returned to the Bay Area in 2022 from a five-year stint in Berlin, the band reignited with a fury, tearing through two European tours and a string of explosive California shows.

Seventeen years after their gritty Agoraphobic single (also on Goodbye Boozy in 2008), Useless Eaters are dropping their first new music in nearly a decade. Ego Shell / Rub is a electrifying preview of their upcoming full-length album, packed with their trademark mix of raw punk energy, experimental flair, and visual art-inspired edge. Driven by Sutton’s uncompromising vision, these tracks deliver infectious hooks and chaotic brilliance, solidifying the band’s place as underground trailblazers.

Ego Shell / Rub 7" drops soon through Goodbye Boozy Records. Keep an eye out for album release details and more tour dates!
