NO DETOURS: KILLER KIN'S "ONE WAY" HITS THE STREETS, EUROPEAN TOUR HITS THE ROAD

NEW HAVEN, CT — Killer Kin don't do subtle. This past Friday, August 7, the New Haven wrecking crew put out One Way, a three-song EP via Amsterdam's Wap Shoo Wap Records that hits like a bar fight and leaves before the cops show up. The title track is all forward motion. "Power and Pleasure (Into Your Leather)" is filthy in the best way. And a live rip through "Damned 'n Doomed," off the band's self-titled debut, closes the thing out sweaty and mean. Get it on 7" — 300 copies, shipping August 25 — or streaming everywhere now.

Revolver already caught the scent, naming One Way one of the best new songs of the week and calling it a “punk 'n' roll heater”.
One Way isn't a one-off — it's the first taste of what's coming. Killer Kin head back into the studio this fall to cut LP2, and if this EP is any indication, it's going to hurt in the right ways.
But first: Europe. Killer Kin hit the road August 19 in Berlin and won’t let up for three weeks, ripping through Germany, Denmark, Belgium, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein.

Matt (vocals) and Chloe Rose (guitar) started this band in 2018 because the world needed more danger in its rock 'n' roll. Five records and two European tours later, joined by lead guitarist Brady "The Cat" Wilson, bassist Marco Carotenuto, and drummer Jason Kyek, Killer Kin have built a name as one of the meanest live bands going — Radio Birdman filth, AC/DC swagger, Motörhead's foot on the gas, Stooges chaos underneath it all.
Their 2023 self-titled debut (Dead Beat Records, reissued for Europe via Wap Shoo Wap, Beast Records, and Adrenalin Fix) already had critics reaching for the classics. RPM Online called it “wild, reckless power-garage straight out of the MC5/Motörhead playbook”, with "Sonic Love" and "Hound Howl" as the knockout cuts. Maximum Rocknroll called the record "pure rock'n'roll madness" .
New single, new album on deck, and a tour that's only getting louder — get in before the rooms sell out from under you.

Now, with One Way freshly unleashed and a second full-length due later this year, this tour is shaping up to be the loudest, nastiest chapter yet.
