Amsterdam's Savage Beat Premieres Frenzied 'Unhinged' Video from Fist-Pumping New Album Bright Lights, Tall Shadows

Street Boogie Disciples Return with Raw, Rebellious Fire on March 6, 2026

Amsterdam's high-energy rock 'n' roll outfit Savage Beat today unleashes the official music video for their blistering new single "Unhinged", directed by Rene Nuijens. The clip, premiering via New Noise Magazine, captures the raw, chaotic spirit of the band's self-proclaimed "street boogie" sound and serves as the lead visual from their highly anticipated second full-length album, Bright Lights, Tall Shadows (Cat. No. WSW-025), set for release on March 6, 2026.

Since forming in 2016, Savage Beat have built a reputation as three-chord disciples, torching stages across Europe and the USA while supporting legends like The Damned, Cock Sparrer, The Exploited, and Nashville Pussy. Their sound – big riffs, anthemic choruses, and zero-bullshit attitude – draws straight from the raw spirit of Slaughter & The Dogs, The Hellacopters, and Dead Boys. Bright Lights, Tall Shadows proves they're not just surviving; they're thriving, sounding more confident and battle-hardened than ever.

The album kicks off with the instrumental swagger of "Street Boogie Confidential", a gritty homage to Amsterdam's rebellious underbelly. From there, it's non-stop adrenaline: "Cut to the Chase" and "Three Chord Disciple" celebrate the pure, unstoppable force of rock 'n' roll, while darker cuts like"Killer Inside" and the title track "Bright Lights, Tall Shadows" dive into introspective shadows, and tracks such as "Worse for Wear" and "Tomorrow (Might Never Come)" confront a world that's grinding down but refusing to break the band's spirit.

Highlights include the gritty hustle of "The Side Hustle", the battered resilience of "Worse for Wear", and the urgent warning of "Tomorrow (Might Never Come)" – all wrapped in the band's trademark massive hooks and street-level grit. Savage Beat wear their scars proudly, channeling years on the road into their most determined statement yet. This is street boogie at its finest: loud, honest, and built to wreck rooms.
